The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctioned 10 targets connected to Tren de Aragua, a group the United States has designated a Foreign Terrorist Organization, Treasury said in a post on X on Sept. 30. [1]

Treasury said the targets include a network that used ATM "jackpotting" attacks to steal millions of dollars from U.S. financial institutions. [1]
