Mistral Large 4, Nano Banana 2.1 at Half Price, Claude Inside Google Docs | Oct 6 AI Update

Mistral AI launched a public preview of Mistral Large 4, a 1-trillion-parameter multimodal model with 49 billion active parameters; the API is live now at a list price of $1.36 per million input tokens and $4.18 per million output tokens, and Mistral says the open weights will be released by the end of October and that the model is among the strongest for cybersecurity.
